ACCOUNTING, FINANCIAL, ADMINISTRATIVE, PORTFOLIO AND BILLING SOFTWARE: It is ideal that all companies incorporate these technologies as a fundamental part since in addition to automate repetitive tasks and optimize time are also reminders of legal obligations.   4. CRM (customer relationship management): It allows to collect a large amount of information from clients in order to carry out effective strategies, supporting the areas of sales, customer service and marketing.   5. Conclusión: What I learned in this research was that tics are very important in the use of business because without them it would be more difficult and difficult to have to do it as every day people work and I also learned that tics are not just tics, they are one thing that helps or better supports businesses and staff.
